NextBase Japan（以下「当社」）は、現場黒板（以下「本アプリ」）での情報の扱いを次のとおり定めます。
撮影した写真と黒板の内容は、お使いの iPhone に保存します。当社のサーバーへは送信しません。写真がアプリの外に出るのは、利用者が書き出し、共有、または「写真に保存」をしたときで、送り先は利用者が選びます。
アカウント登録はありません。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号の入力は求めません。
「住所を黒板に刻印」をオンにしたときだけ、住所の変換に位置情報を使います。変換は Apple の機能で行い、そのとき位置情報が Apple に送られます。当社のライセンス確認には、位置情報も住所も入れません。オフにすると、住所の変換も、黒板への表示もしません。
複数台のプランを確認するとき、本アプリは当社のライセンス確認へ、その確認に必要な項目を送ります。確認の種類によって、送る項目は次の組み合わせです。Apple の購入確認データ、この iPhone が台数に入るかの指定、ライセンス番号、入力されたコード、この iPhone の中で作った識別子。
写真、黒板の内容、住所がこの送信に含まれる場合、本アプリはその送信を行いません。この確認は、住所の変換、共有、iCloud とは別です。
iCloud 写真やバックアップをオンにしている場合、写真の保存は利用者の Apple の設定に従います。
Photos and board details are stored on your iPhone and are not sent to our servers. They leave the app when you export, share, or tap Save to Photos, and you choose where they go.
There is no account. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
Location is used only when “Stamp address on the board” is on. Address lookup uses Apple's feature, which sends your location to Apple. Our license check does not include your location or the address. Turn the setting off and the app does not look up or show an address.
When you use a multi-device plan, the app sends our license check only the fields that check needs. Depending on the check, those fields are Apple's purchase confirmation, whether this iPhone takes a seat, a license number, a code you enter, and an identifier created on this iPhone.
If a photo, board details, or an address is included, the app does not send that request. This check is separate from address lookup, sharing, and iCloud.
If iCloud Photos or backup is on, Apple stores photos according to your settings.
